This wedding cake was created for Shane and Desiree.  This formal and traditional cake was a 4 tiers of wedding white cake with raspberry mousse filling, and lemon cake with butter cream filling. Butter cream frosting covered this cake and was adorned with white butter cream swirls and a quilt pattern. This cake was separated by a stunning tier of crystal beads and the cake was tastefully finished with silver fondant beads, ribbon and topped with the couple’s initials. This wedding cake was delivered to the Bell Tower Club, here in Bakersfield.

 

This delightful Gift Package Cake was created for a bridal shower party.  This was a square white cake with raspberry mousse filling. Covered with white fondant, and teal fondant ribbon. The damask design was light pink butter cream. The lid was fashioned out of cake as well, and topped with a teal bow. The lid was propped open and spilling out from insides was white fondant tissue with pink and teal polka dots.
