6:00 PM to 6:05 PM Welcome
6:05 PM to 6:10 PM 5 min. Host Commercial
6:10 PM to 6:15 PM Greeters and 50/50 sellers 2 min. speech
6:15 PM to 6:35 PM Association Business
6:35 PM to 6: 40 PM 5 min. Guest vendor commercial
6:40 PM to 7:30 PM Door prizes, Wrap up and Mingle

Greeter, 50/50: for each mixer, we need two Greeters to check people in and 2 50/50 tickets sales people. If you can help with 50/50 or be a greeter please call me.

Door Prizes: If you would like to sponsor a door prize please let us know ASAP as we will include your information in the marketing of the Mixer.
